How to delete data before selling
Step 1
Make a backup of your old iPhone so that all data is preserved.
Option number 1. Make a copy to iCloud Storage
Open "Settings" - Go to your Apple ID - Enter the iCloud menu - Select "Backup" - Click on the "Create a backup" button. You can only back up to iCloud Storage using a Wi-Fi connection.
Also note that a backup cannot weigh 1:1 with iCloud. iCloud Storage must be greater than the amount of used storage on your iPhone.
